JANUARY 2024 REPORT 

I started on the 1st Feb, 2024 our patients arrived in the foundation at 8:00 am for their checking of blood pressure and fasting blood sugar and I rounded up at 3:00 am each day. on the 6th Feb 2024 Rev. Father Chinonso invited the Rev. Fathers from their parish and Rev. Fathers from the Okigwe Diocese including the Vicar General of the Catholic Diocese of
Okigwe Msgr Dr. John Iwe who came for the blessing of our site Hoffnung Chinonso Foundation on that 6th Feb 2024. On this day Father Reginald admitted two people into our foundation. They are Mrs. Onuegbu Comfort and Mr. Onuegbu Raphael now the total number in the register is 25, twenty-five.

Our doctor came and examined every patient on this day and diagnosed them while I checked their blood pressure and blood sugar levels. After
the doctor's examination. Ten, 10 patients were diagnosed with high blood sugar and 12, twelve people were diagnosed with high blood pressure, and three, 3 were Arthritis pains both high blood pressure, high blood sugar level, Arthritis pains were treated and they were encouraged to continue their drugs it will reduce.

Our patients with high blood pressure in the range of 184/91mmhg reduced to 120/82mmhg and patients with high blood sugar in the range of 293mg reduced to 180mg after taking their drugs.

In the month of February 2024, two hundred and twenty (220) were checked for blood pressure, and Eighty-five (85) were checked for blood sugar levels, and other patients with other sicknesses were diagnosed and treated.

Ich begann am 1. Februar 2024, als unsere Patienten um 8:00 Uhr morgens zur Blutdruck- und Nüchternblutzuckermessung in die Stiftung kamen und ich war jeden Tag um 15:00 Uhr mit meier Arbeit fertig. Am 6. Februar 2024 lud Pfarrer Chinonso die Pfarrer seiner Gemeinde und Pfarrer der Diözese Okigwe ein, darunter auch den Generalvikar der katholischen Diözese Okigwe, Msgr. Dr. John Iwe, der am 6. Februar 2024 zur Segnung der Hoffnung Chinonso Foundation kam. An diesem Tag nahm Pfarrer Reginald zwei Personen in unsere Stiftung auf. Es sind Frau Onuegbu Comfort und Herr Onuegbu Raphael. Die Gesamtzahl der registrierten Personen beträgt nun 25, fünfundzwanzig.

Unser Arzt kam an diesem Tag, untersuchte jeden Patienten und stellte die Diagnosen, während ich den Blutdruck und den Blutzuckerspiegel überprüfte nach der ärztlichen Untersuchung. Bei 10 Patienten wurde ein hoher Blutzuckerwert und bei 12 Patienten Bluthochdruck diagnostiziert, bei 3 Patienten Arthritis-Schmerzen. Bluthochdruck, Blutzucker und Arthritis-Schmerzen wurden behandelt, und Patienten wurden ermutigt, ihre Medikamente weiter einzunehmen.

Unsere Patienten mit Bluthochdruck im Bereich von 184/91 mmhg reduzierten sich auf 120/82 mmHg und Patienten mit hohem Blutzucker im Bereich von 293 mg reduzierten sich auf 180 mg nach der Einnahme ihrer Medikamente.

Im Februar 2024 wurden zweihundertzwanzig (220) Patienten auf ihren Blutdruck und fünfundachtzig (85) auf ihren Blutzuckerspiegel untersucht, und weitere Patienten mit anderen Krankheiten wurden diagnostiziert und behandelt.
