MAY 2023 REPORT 

I started on the 1st of May, 2023. All our patients arrived at Foundation for their daily vital signs. I started treating them immediately it was 8.00 am in the morning. I checked our patients’ Blood Pressure and their Fasting Blood Sugar and rounded up at 3.00 pm.  

The Doctor visited our patients on the 11th of May, 2023. He examined our patients and diagnosed them while I checked their Blood Pressure and Fasting Blood Sugar. After the examination, eleven (11) patients with high blood pressure were diagnosed and they were given treatment accordingly. Patients with high blood sugar levels were five (5), both 
patients with high blood pressure and high blood sugar level were advised to continue taking their drugs, and after drinking all their drugs their high blood pressure and high blood sugar level will be reduced. Most of our patients with high blood pressure in the range of 206/139mmHg, now improved to 180/95mmHg. Likewise, those with high blood sugar levels 
range from 285mg after taking their drugs, it ranges to 157mg. 

In this month of May 2023, 155 (one hundred and fifty-five) patients were checked for blood pressure while 60 (sixty) patients were checked for fasting blood sugar. Also, patients with malaria, typhoid, and other sicknesses were treated. They all were happy and proud because 
Hoffnung Chinonso Foundation was giving them good care.

Ich habe am 1. Mai 2023 angefangen. Alle unsere Patienten kamen für ihre täglichen Vitalzeichen bei der Stiftung an. Ich fing sofort an, sie zu behandeln, es war 8.00 Uhr morgens. Ich überprüfte den Blutdruck unserer Patienten und ihren Nüchternblutzucker und sammelte um 15:00 Uhr.

Der Arzt besuchte unsere Patienten am 11. Mai 2023. Er untersuchte unsere Patienten und diagnostizierte sie, während ich ihren Blutdruck und ihren Nüchternblutzucker überprüfte. Nach der Untersuchung wurden elf (11) Patienten mit hohem Blutdruck diagnostiziert und entsprechend behandelt. Patienten mit hohem Blutzuckerspiegel waren fünf (5), beide Patienten mit hohem Blutdruck und hohem Blutzuckerspiegel wurden geraten, ihre Medikamente weiter einzunehmen, und nach dem Trinken aller ihrer Medikamente werden ihr hoher Blutdruck und ihr hoher Blutzuckerspiegel gesenkt. Die meisten unserer Patienten mit hohem Blutdruck im Bereich von 206/139 mmHg haben sich jetzt auf 180/95 mmHg verbessert. Ebenso reichen diejenigen mit hohem Blutzuckerspiegel von 285 mg nach der Einnahme ihrer Medikamente, es reicht von 157 mg.

In diesem Monat Mai 2023 wurden 155 (einhundertfünfundfünfzig) Patienten auf Blutdruck untersucht, während 60 (sechzig) Patienten auf Fastenblutzucker untersucht wurden. Außerdem wurden Patienten mit Malaria, Typhus und anderen Krankheiten behandelt. Sie waren alle glücklich und stolz, weil die Hoffnung Chinonso Foundation sie gut behandelte.
