Hoffnung für Menschen in Mbano

Starting on the 1st of July 2022, all the patients of Hoffnung foundation were available for their daily vitals. I started treating them by 7:00 am till 12noon, I rounded up each day by 12noon.

I took their vitals thereafter and checked their sugar level. The Doctor also visited on the 23^rd of July and examined the patients, while I also checked their sugar levels. After examination,

Two Patients with high pressure were diagnosed and were given treatment accordingly.

Others with high sugar levels and high blood pressure were encouraged to continue taking their medication, and after their medication, their blood pressure and high sugar level were normalized. Most of the patients with higher sugar levels in a range of 350mg now showed improvement to around 180mg, likewise, those with a blood pressure range of 160 are now 120/80 after taking their medication. They were so happy about the speedy improvement in their health. Patients with malaria and typhoid and other minor medical issues were treated also and they all felt very happy and very impressed with what the foundation is doing.

Ab dem 1. Juli 2022 standen alle Patienten der Stiftung Hoffnung für ihre täglichen Untersuchungen zur Verfügung. Ich begann mit der Behandlung um 7:00 Uhr morgens bis 12 Uhr mittags und schloss jeden Tag um 12 Uhr mittags ab.

Danach nahm ich ihre Werte auf und überprüfte ihren Zuckerspiegel. Am 23. Juli kam auch der Arzt zu Besuch und untersuchte die Patienten, während ich auch ihren Zuckerspiegel kontrollierte.

Bei der Untersuchung wurden zwei Patienten mit Bluthochdruck diagnostiziert und entsprechend behandelt.

Andere Patienten mit hohen Zuckerwerten und hohem Blutdruck wurden ermutigt, ihre Medikamente weiter einzunehmen, und nach der Einnahme der Medikamente normalisierten sich ihr Blutdruck und ihr hoher Zuckerwert. Bei den meisten Patienten mit einem erhöhten Blutzuckerspiegel im Bereich von 350 mg war eine Verbesserung auf etwa 180 mg zu verzeichnen, und auch der Blutdruck von 160 lag nach Einnahme der Medikamente bei 120/80. Sie waren sehr glücklich über die rasche Verbesserung ihres Gesundheitszustandes. Patienten mit Malaria und Typhus und anderen kleineren medizinischen Problemen wurden ebenfalls behandelt, und sie waren alle sehr glücklich und sehr beeindruckt von dem, was die Stiftung tut.
