MONTHLY MEDICAL REPORT FOR MAY 2022 (HOFFNUG-CHINONSO FOUNDATION) UMUEZEOPARA UMUNKWO ISIALA MBANO IMO STATE.
Started on first of May 2022, all the beneficiaries of Hoffnug foundation were attended to by checking them their daily vitals. I started my care giving by 7: 30am beginning from Monday to Friday each week and rounded up by 12noon. I took their vitals thereafter, checked their sugar level. The Doctor also visited on 21st of May examined the patients, while I also took their vitals and also their sugar level. After consultation with the Doctor he prescribed medication for the patients which I administered to each accordingly. The patients also complied with the prescriptions and treatment. Patients with high sugar level and high blood pressure were monitored closely to make sure they take their drugs regularly and in the process both their high sugar level and high blood pressure started reducing to normal range. Some of the patients with higher sugar levels in range of 400mg now showed improvement to around 200mg, likewise those with blood pressure range of 180 now 120/80 after taking their medication. They were so happy for the speedy improvement in their health. Patients with malaria and typhoid were treated also and they all felt very happy and very proud of what the foundation is doing.

Monatliche medizinischer Bericht für Mai 2022 (Hoffnung Chinonso Foundation) Umuezeopara Umunkwo Isiala Mbano Imo State Beginnend am 1. Mai 2022 wurden alle Teilnehmer am Hilfsprogramm der Hoffnung Foundation besucht, um die Vitalwerte zu überprüfen. Ich begann mit meinen Pflegedienstleistungen jeweils Montag bis Freitag um 7.30 Uhr und war bis 12.00 Uhr damit beschäftigt. Im Anschluss daran maß ich die Vitalwerte und überprüfte die Blutzuckerspiegel. Der Arzt besuchte uns ebenfalls am 21. Mai und untersuchte die Patienten während auch ich meine Untersuchungen durchführte. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Arzt verschrieb er die neuen Medikamente für die Patienten, die ich ihnen dann übergeben habe. Die Patienten befolgen die Anweisungen des Arztes und nehmen die Medikamente ein. Die Patienten mit hohen Blutdruck- und Blutzuckerwerten wurden überwacht, um sicherzustellen, dass sie auch wirklich regelmäßig ihre Medikamente einnahmen und im Laufe der Zeit begannen sowohl die Blutdruck- als auch die Blutzuckerwerte sich zu normalisieren. Einige der Patienten mit höheren Blutzuckerwerten im Bereich von 400 mg/dl haben jetzt etwa 200 mg/dl, und Patienten mit einem Blutdruck von 180 haben jetzt Werte von 120/80 nachdem sie ihre Medikamente erhalten haben. Die Leute sind sehr glücklich angesichts der schnellen Verbesserung ihres Gesundheitszustands.
