Monthly Medical Report for March 2022 (Hoffnung-Chinonso Foundation Umuezeopara Umunkwo Isi-ala Mbano Imo State)
In the month of March, all the beneficiaries of the Hoffnung foundation were attended to by checking their daily vitals. I started my caregiving by 7:30 am beginning from Monday to Friday each week and rounded up by 12 noon. I took their vitals thereafter and checked their sugar levels. The Doctor also Visited on the 4th of March and examined the patients, while I also took their vitals and also their sugar levels. After consultation with the Doctor, he prescribed medication for the patients which I administered to each accordingly. The patients also complied with the prescriptions and treatment.
Patients with high sugar levels and high blood pressure were monitored closely to make sure they take their drugs regularly and in the process, both their high sugar level and high blood pressure started reducing to the normal range. Some of the patients with higher sugar levels in the range of 400 mg/dl, now showed improvement to around 200 mg/dl, likewise, those with a blood pressure range of 200/180 mmHg were now 120/90 mmHg after taking their medications. They were so happy about the speedy improvement in their health. Patients with Malaria and Typhoid were treated also and they all felt very happy and very proud of what the foundation is doing.

Monatlicher medizinischer Bericht für März 2022 (Hoffnung-Chinonso Foundation) Umuezeopara Umunkwo Isiala Mbano Imo State
Im März wurden alle Mitglieder des Heimpflegeprogramms der Hoffnung Foundation betreut, indem täglich ihre Vitalwerte überprüft wurden. Ich habe mit der Betreuung von Montag bis Freitag jeweils um 7.30 Uhr begonnen und war etwa um 12.00 Uhr mittags damit fertig. Im Anschluss daran maß ich ihre Vitalwerte und ihre Blutzuckerspiegel. Nach einem Gespräch mit dem Arzt, verschrieb dieser die Medikamente für die Patienten, die ich verwalte und ihnen dann gebe. Die Patienten befolgen die Verschreibungen des Arztes und die Behandlungen.
Patienten mit hohen Blutzuckerwerten und hohem Blutdruck wurden genau überwacht, um sicher zu stellen, dass sie auch wirklich ihre Medikamente regelmäßig einnahmen. Im weiteren Verlauf sanken sowohl die Blutzucker- als auch die Blutdruckwerte und näherten sich dem normalen Bereich. Bei einigen der Patienten mit höheren Zuckerwerten im Bereich von 400 mg/dl, verbesserten sich diese auf etwa 200 mg/dl, und auch bei den Patienten mit Blutdruckwerten im Bereich von 200/180 mmHg sanken die Werte auf etwa 120/90 mmHg nachdem sie ihre Medikamente nahmen. Sie waren so glücklich über die schnelle Verbesserung ihres Gesundheitszustandes. Patienten mit Malaria und Typhus wurden ebenfalls behandelt und auch sie waren alle sehr glücklich und stolz darauf, was die Foundation bewirkt.
